“What has Ideal Protein done for me?” Well simply, It has given me my smile back. It has made me a happier person. I lost over 25 pounds in 6 weeks. It was fast and easy. I have always been active and we eat fairly healthy but 2 kids and and no time for myself, I needed help.

The Ideal Protein Method did that. Now all the hard work I put in at the gym, I can see. I kept all my muscle and lost all the fat covering it up.

When I look in the mirror I like the person I see.

I loved the food packets and my favourite was the chocolate drink. I mixed it with my morning coffee. I still cooked meals every night for my family. I just left the carb off my plate so on taco night I had mine in a lettuce wrap. I still make diet choices every day but it’s not a chore. If I am going out with friends I’ll order water to drink and extra veggies instead of a carb but I might treat myself to dessert.

I love the new me! Remember if you feel like you want to cheat, the only person you are cheating is yourself. Make the commitment to yourself for yourself and you won’t be disappointed.

That was my testimonial over 2 years ago. I lost a total of 40 lbs and I’m still maintaining my healthy weight and yes my smile too. I was so impressed with the program that after that I began coaching.

It was the summer of 2011 my family and I were going to Orlando to Disney World. I was at my heaviest an unhealthy 260.2 pounds. I was about to board the plane, as I walked down the aisle my butt was hitting every seat and person on that plane. To top it off I didn't get a seat with my family. The worst of it all I was placed in the middle seat. Embarrassing enough I kept apologizing to the people on either side of me for having my wobbly bitz spilling into their seats, not to mention the seatbelt almost did not fit. THAT WAS MY WAKE UP CALL! I began my Ideal Protein journey September 2011.

Like every one out there I was skeptical about the fast results and changes that my body was about to go through. With that being said after my first week on the program I had lost 8 pounds! Yes I realize that was mostly water but that was an incredible amount for me to shed in just one week. My coach was amazing not only encouraging me but educating me about nutrition. Week after week I was seeing results! By week six I had shed 28 pounds had a bundle of energy and my close were loose. Not only had I started to regain confidence and a new healthier me but I was asked if I would like to be a part of The Ideal Protien team. I accepted happily. I wanted to help others that were struggling with their weight and unhealthy living.

After 8 months I had lost an astounding 83 pounds. I felt amazing, had a new body became a coach for the Ideal Protein protocol. What I like about the Ideal Protein program is that you get to eat all those delicious foods. While enjoying real food and getting re acquainted with your veggies. At the same time you’re learning about nutrition, reshaping your body and the most incredible thing for me was the education process I’ve actually changed the way I look at food and the way I understand what gets into my body and how my body is affected by that. The most important thing really is it’s a lifestyle change. Best of all I get to help others in the Process. My journey with IP continues, one day at a time.

My name is Stephanie and I started with Finding Balance in October 2012. Since then I have learned a lot about nutrition and the way the body responds to proper eating habits as well as supplementation. I myself have been on the program and have lost 35 pounds. Ideal protein products are great tasting, packed with protein, and with the wide selection I was never bored with the choices.

I was asked to become a coach in July 2013 and happily accepted. Since then I have gone through training and have met as well, helped some wonderful people through their journey of weight loss.

I work with some amazing people and look forward to continuing my journey with IP.
